Komatsu Excavator Finance Deal
We have financed a PC 300 Komatsu Excavator for a Civil Works contractor that had recently been awarded a contract to prepare a site that was to be developed into a residential housing community. In addition to financing the Excavator itself, we also financed attachments such as additional buckets and laser levelling equipment – that will be permanently attached to the machine.
This particular client approached our firm, based on the fact that their Bank Manager had declined the deal – citing the fact he felt they were over committed and could not afford this particular machine.
